Hit Pick Review: ANTHONY SNAPE Little Piece of Love
It is amazing how much new Australian artists talent is surfacing around the nation at present. Each week we are bombarded with cds of hopefuls of all styles and genres but it is rare that there is someone as focused at hitting the listener immediately as this guy. Anthony Snapes approach is similar that which drives Rob Thomas or Shannon Noll to top the Charts direct, disarming melodies presented by a voice that can effortlessly do anything all in a song which is full of musical and vocal hooks. Little Piece of Love could find its way onto CHR, CR and AC stations in a heartbeat, if you give it a chance. (TMN #594)
